Almost every watch and phone app can export one. In Strava, open the activity and choose Export GPX from the ••• menu. In Garmin Connect, open the activity and choose Export to GPX. Apple Fitness, Komoot, Coros and Wahoo all export too. If you can’t find yours, email hello@splitlineprints.com with the event and date and we’ll help you track the file down.
No. We clean dropouts and GPS noise before rendering, and you see the cleaned version in the proof before anything is printed. If a whole section is missing we’ll tell you and offer the official course instead.

Within 24 hours of ordering you get a proof by email — your route, exactly as it will print. Check the spelling, the date, the finish time. One round of changes is free. We don’t send anything to the printer until you approve it, so a mistake costs you nothing but a reply.
Payment is handled entirely by PayPal. Your card details never reach us and we never store them — we receive a transaction reference and a delivery address, nothing else. You can pay with a card without having a PayPal account.
Send a photo and we print a replacement and ship it. You keep the damaged one — posting it back costs more than replacing it. If we got it wrong, you choose: a new print or a full refund.
Your print is produced by a partner in the US, UK or EU depending on where you are, then posted domestically. Two to five days, tracked, with no customs clearance, no import duty and no carrier handling fee waiting at your door.
