Every print is made to order and dispatched within 3 business days. Nothing sits on a shelf — your file goes to a printer after you approve the proof.
You will receive a proof by email within 24 hours of ordering. One round of changes is free. Production starts once you approve it, so the 3-day window begins at approval, not at payment.

These are delivery estimates after dispatch, not guarantees. Carrier delays and public holidays can add a day or two.
There is nothing to pay on arrival. Your print is produced in your own country, so it is a domestic delivery — no import, no customs clearance, no duty, no carrier handling fee.
You get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. It is also attached to your PayPal transaction, so you can see it there too.
We ship to the address on your PayPal order. Please check it before paying. If you need to change it, email us before your order enters production — once printed, a made-to-order item cannot be redirected, and we are unable to ship to an address different from the one on the original order.
Send a photo. We print another and ship it free. You keep the damaged one — returning it costs more than replacing it. See Returns & refunds.
